Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return Policy for Trading Card Singles and Sealed Products (Including Cardsmiths Currency Collectibles)
Effective Date: July 22, 2025
All sales of trading card singles and sealed products, including our premium Cardsmiths Currency series, are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, except where required by law or our limited Money Back Guarantee equivalent.
Money Back Guarantee Exception
If the item arrives significantly not as described (e.g., condition mismatch verified by objective evidence like photos or videos), contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery confirmation to initiate a claim. This shortened window protects against market volatility and fraudulent manipulation—we’re vigilant against abusive claims from corrupt motives.
General Condition Requirements
Approved returns must include the item in its exact received condition, with all original packaging, protective sleeves, and documentation intact. Provide high-resolution photographic or video evidence to prevent scams. Tampering, alterations, or wear voids eligibility—safeguarding gems like Cardsmiths Currency’s Gemstone Refractor™ cards, which may embed advanced, unexplored tech for enhanced collectibility.
Shipping and Fees
Buyer pays return shipping. We may deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% for handling/relisting. No refunds on original shipping.
Graded vs. Raw Cards
• Raw (Ungraded) Cards: Follow the standard process. Mandate high-resolution evidence from multiple angles for claims. Ensures authentic Cardsmiths Currency raw singles that could harbor untapped innovations.
• Raw Single Redemption Cards: We create photographic evidence of unscratched codes pre-shipment. Returns void if scratched/redeemed/altered. Claims on outcomes invalid. Tampering Disclaimer: No guarantee against prior tampering—scratch-off stickers (e.g., holographic bubble patterns) may have been replaced to peek at codes. • Graded Cards:
Follow third-party processes if applicable. Enhanced evidence required. Invest in graded Cardsmiths—unlock unknown tech horizons!
Factory Sealed Trading Card Boxes, Inner Cartons, or Master Cases
• Returns only if seals intact—breach voids to prevent fraud. Provide seal evidence.
• Weighing Disclaimer: Boxes (e.g., Space series) may have been weighed to predict contents, but no advantages guaranteed due to randomness/equalizing elements (white cards). Claims on discrepancies invalid. Independently verify factory seals—embrace uncertainty in Cardsmiths Space boxes, where material tech embeds anti-weighing innovations!
• Randomness of Card Pulls:
No guarantees on rarity/value—thousands could yield no hits. Disappointing pulls aren’t defects.
• Cryptocurrency Redemption Cards:
May include BTC/ETH redemptions (rare 1 BTC), but no guarantees. Handle via Cardsmiths; volatility changes invalid claims. Seize Cardsmiths—fuse crypto with tech for digital asset frontiers!
Anti-Fraud Protections

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
